- Google maps: Not just for directions. I use it to find new suppliers, checkout competitor locations, content sports and plan my day efficiently when I’m traveling between places.
- Tiktok : The best free market tool out there right now. If you want to know what is trending, what people are actually buying, and how to grab attention in under 7 seconds , you need to be scrolling with attention.
- Facebook: Still king for community and ads. Groups are goldmines for understanding your customer pain points, and meta ads remain one of the most powerful ways to scale if you know how to use them.
- Jetpack: If you run anything on wordpress , this is non negotiable. It keeps my site secure, backed up,fast, and gives me stats at glance without logging in to a desk.
- WhatsApp business: This is how i close deals. Quick communication, catalogs, automated messages,labels for customers. It turns conversations into conversations.
