What’s one thing you know now that would have saved your younger self a lot of pain?

Maybe you have been called, too much, too intense or too opinionated. Maybe you have learned to dim your ideas, soften your opinions, and make yourself smaller so others feel at ease! Overtime, that habit can quietly cost you your voice, your confidence, and your sense of who you really are.
Here is the thing: Labels are often about the other person’s comfort, not your worth. Stopping the habit of shrinking yourself doesn’t happen overnight, and you don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. It can start with one honest sentence, one opinion you don’t apologize for, or one moment where you let yourself take up the space you deserve.
Have you started making that shift? Share your experience in the comments! Let’s support each other in becoming more fully ourselves!👇
