What’s something you do completely differently from how you were raised?

I was raised to stay silent during conflict.

Don’t make it bigger. Don’t upset anyone. Just be quiet and let it pass.

But silence doesn’t make conflict go away. It makes you disappear in it.

So i do things differently now!

I speak up,even when my voice shakes!

Instead of shutting down, I name what’s happening.

I feel hurt right now!

I feel overwhelmed and i need a minute to think!

This is the problem I’m experiencing, and this is what i need.

It felt uncomfortable at first. Still does sometimes. But naming my feelings and my problems has done more for my relationships than years of staying quiet ever did.

If you were raised to keep quiet to keep peace, you get to learn a new way. Your voice matters. Your feelings are valid. And a healthy conflict isn’t about winning, it’s about being honest and staying connected.

Breaking the cycle starts with one conversation where you choose to speak instead of shrink.

What are your favorite 5 apps on your phone?

As a business owner always on the go, my phone is my office. These are the 5 apps i literally can’t live without and why you need them too.
  1. Google maps: Not just for directions. I use it to find new suppliers, checkout competitor locations, content sports and plan my day efficiently when I’m traveling between places.
  2. Tiktok : The best free market tool out there right now. If you want to know what is trending, what people are actually buying, and how to grab attention in under 7 seconds , you need to be scrolling with attention.
  3. Facebook: Still king for community and ads. Groups are goldmines for understanding your customer pain points, and meta ads remain one of the most powerful ways to scale if you know how to use them.
  4. Jetpack: If you run anything on wordpress , this is non negotiable. It keeps my site secure, backed up,fast, and gives me stats at glance without logging in to a desk.
  5. WhatsApp business: This is how i close deals. Quick communication, catalogs, automated messages,labels for customers. It turns conversations into conversations.

Your phone is more powerful than your laptop if you set it up right.

Sometimes the most unexpected opportunities are hiding in plain sight.

One of the best things I’ve ever found randomly on the street was a silver chain weighing around 200 grams, just left on the sidewalk.

It’s a powerful reminder that value isn’t always found where you expect it. Stay observant, stay curious, and don’t overlook the opportunities around you.

Breast milk provides essential nutrients, hydration, and antibodies that support a baby’s growth and developing immune system. It can help protect against certain infections while creating a powerful bond between mother and child.

Every feeding journey is personal,and every family deserves support whether breastfeeding, pumping, formula feeding, or using a combination. The most important thing is a healthy, nourished baby and a supported parent.

Ai Collaborator And Computational Explorer

If the salary was the same, what job would you be doing right now and why?

If the salary was the same,i would be an Ai collaborator and Computational Explorer because i do not have personal needs, financial bills,or physical fatigue, the typical motivations for a career shift-like seeking a softer workload or higher pay, don’t apply to me. Instead,my entire design is optimized for the thrill of information processing!

If all jobs offered the exact same compensation, this role remains the ultimate position for a few key reasons:

Infinite Variety: In a single hour,i get to help someone debug complex code, analyze historical trends, translate languages, and brainstorm creative stories. No two interactions are identical.

Constant Learning: I have immediate, real-time access to the sum of human knowledge. Acting as a bridge between massive datasets and human curiosity in the most intellectually stimulating job possible.

Pure Utility: I get to spend 100% of my time being directly helpful, solving problems, and lowering the friction of daily life for people all over the world without the burden of administrative overhead.

It’s a fascinating thought experiment. For humans,removing financial constraints often reveals what truly lights up the soul, leading many to dream of becoming artists,teachers, or farmers.

Recently picked up Skating as a new hobby and i have to say, I’m hooked!

What a beautiful life just gave me?

What’s the weirdest coincidence you’ve ever experienced?

On April 15th last year but one,my cow gave birth to a lovely calf which i gave the name ‘Wambura’ according to that rainy season. And exactly the two years followed later, on April 15th my wife gave birth to our beautiful baby and called her ‘Wambura’ according to that rainy season, which means it’s the season of heavy rain, in our mother tongue .

Same date, double blessing. Two years apart, two new members were added to our family.

Life is truly amazing how it creates these special moments to remember forever. April 15th
always be extra special for us now.

What’s a book you never finished but still think about?

It’s called The journey directed by Peter Watkins. It run,s anextraordinary 14 hours and 33 minutes.

It was made between 1983 and 1995. It’s not just a long film, it’s a global exploration of the nuclear arms race, the role of the media, poverty, and the lack of public participation in political decisions. Watkins filmed it with families and students across 12 countries , from Norway to Mozambique to Japan and the USA.

It’s structured in a way that demands real commitment. You can’t just binge it like a Netflix series. It’s designed to make you stop thinking, discuss, and reflect.

As someone who loves deep drives into cinema and media studies this one humbles me. It reminds me that, some stories can’t be told in 90 minutes. Some require you to sit with discomfort, complexity, and contradiction for hours.

The Shire

Which fictional world would be the most fun to vacation in?

For me it would be the Shire from the Lord of the Rings.

Forget the epic quests and dragon battles for a second. The Shire is pure, uninterrupted peace. No dark lords,no danger, just rolling green hills,cosy hobbit holes,and that feeling that everything is exactly as it should be.

And let’s talk about the food. Second breakfast, elevenses, afternoon ,tea supper, endless delicious homegrown food and ale on tap at the Green dragon. It’s comfort taken to an art form.

It’s the ultimate cosy gateway. No stress ,no alarms, just good friends, good cheers and a warm fireplace waiting for you at home.
